Carr Property Management Inc., headquartered in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts was incorporated in 1975. It is a family owned business offering property management services and housing development consulting. We specialize in assisting not-for-profit organizations in the development and operation of apartment complexes, affordable units, designed to serve independent elderly, handicapped and/or disabled.
